About the Brain Sciences Foundation:
The Brain Sciences Foundation (BSF) is a not-for profit private multidisciplinary research foundation dedicated to developing novel paradigms that enable the study of mind and brain and ultimately the treatment of neurological disorders. BSF aims to initiate exchange between a wide range of scientific disciplines concerned with the understanding of brain function and dysfunction. Our goal is to establish a vibrant community of expert scientists, gathered in the Brain Sciences Foundation Fellowship, to study the origins of human cognition and intelligence and conduct revolutionary research to be materialized into new treatment strategies for neurological disorders. The Brain Sciences Foundation participates in multi-million dollar projects researching new early detection, diagnostic technologies, and treatment strategies for neurological disorders including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and Autism.
