Deep Springs has a unique opportunity for a Communications Intern / Volunteer in Haiti. If you are at least
21 years old, are studying in a field related to development or public health, and are independent and
adventurous, this may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Never met a stranger? Not afraid of tackling language and
cultural barriers? If you answered yes, and you have excellent creative writing and social media skills, a
positive "can do" attitude, and flexibility - you could make a difference in the lives of Haitians.

require a full summer or semester in Haiti, and the ability to cover your own expenses. Some French or Creole a
plus, but not required. Photography / Videography skills a plus.<br /><br /> This is an ongoing position, so we need at least one intern for each semester and summer. If this position
meets a college requirement, our Director in Haiti will work with you to fulfill reporting, supervision and
evaluation requirements.<br /><br />cost varies, depending on airfare from where you live, cost of your personal health insurance, and spending money you require while in Haiti.<br /><br />Internships can vary in length, but generally will be an entire semester, quarter, or summer.
