Magnum Foundation is seeking a general administrative intern to assist the Human Rights program for one-two days per week starting immediately.
The Human Rights program funds 5 international fellows to come to the U.S. and study at NYU's Photography and Human Rights program during the summer.
About Magnum Foundation:
Magnum Foundation values documentary photography and supports visual storytelling on under-reported social justice issues. Our mission is to sustain the values and practice of in-depth documentary photography to foster empathy, engagement, and positive social change around the world. We develop new strategies to increase the impact of both historical and contemporary documentary photography in a fast-changing media landscape. The photographers of Magnum Photos founded the Magnum Foundation in 2007 as an independent non-profit to carry forward Magnum's high standards of documentary work and to support the next generation of engaged photographers.

We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude who would aim to intern with the Magnum Foundation through the summer of 2013. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning more about photography, human rights field and the non-profit world.
