The National Museum of Animals & Society (NMAS) is dedicated to enriching the lives of animals and people through exploration of our shared experience.
We're currently seeking an energetic Collections Intern.
Primary responsibilities include collections inventory, cataloging artifacts, conducting research and reporting on historical objects, assisting with featured artifacts in exhibitions, providing general programming support; other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
Accepted interns work remotely, approximately 10-15 hours a week. Duration of internship is typically 2-3 months, but can be extended. Unfortunately, we cannot offer stipends or housing at this time.
