Description du poste

Have you developed a large scale single-page Javascript-based MVC application and successfully released it into production? Are you looking to use your amazing skills for the common good? If this sounds truthy, we'd really like you to come join our team of front-end and back-end developers full-time in our Portland, Oregon office, building the newest incarnation of Idealist.org and tools for change.

We use many technologies in pursuit of our mission. Behind the Backbone.js, HTML5 and SASS, we make heavy use of Python, AMQP, PostgreSQL, Redis, Xapian and a great many open source libraries and tools. We love open source and our names are in the contributors lists of many of the projects we depend on.

Idealist was launched in 1995 with an ambitious goal: to be the starting place for anyone anywhere who wants to make the world a better place. Today Idealist is the most popular online resource for the nonprofit sector, with a staff of 30 in New York and Portland.
