Our vocational qualifications are designed and developed by International training and accreditation institutions, giving the students internationally recognized qualifications at the completion of their studies. These qualifications, in combination with our additional skills development programs, seek to increase confidence, skill development, empowerment, and enhanced career pathway opportunities for local women from rural Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
Young Women's GSP seeks to support the personal and career development of young women through practical learning activities in social and environmental development projects that also provide benefits to the wider community.
Students will spend 4 weeks of their one year program engaging in practical grassroots development in our host ViKAS centre facilities in the areas of Environmental conservation, Empowerment and Education with international interns. We aim to foster a SEVA (selfless service) spirit amongst our participant learners by providing them with a platform to connect with and contribute to their local community.
Our approach utilizes holistic learning solutions through skills development, long-term career guidance and support, practical experience and reliable, high quality international qualifications.
