Description

The UpStream Project is named after God's example of the salmon that presses against the current and past obstacles to make sure the next generation gets a good start, even at the cost of its own life. TUP is a Christian ministry that works with organizations that hope to reach and retain the next generation effectively and do so without alienating older members of the organization. On the contrary, it mobilizes older individuals to mentor younger people. Most of our work is with churches but other non-profits and for-profits are asking for our help in bridging the gap between generations.

We provide training, teaching, consulting, group relational intervention, and strategic problem-solving in complex relational situations on teams or in entire organizations.
