IDEX Fellowship for Social Enterprise, an initiative of Gray Matters Capital Foundation (GMC) and Gray Ghost Ventures (GGV), is committed to addressing the human capital gap that exists in the social enterprise sector. GMC and GGV are dedicated to providing market-based capital solutions to entrepreneurs who are addressing the needs of low-income communities in emerging markets. Depending upon the need and opportunity, we serve as a co-creator, catalytic donor or impact investor.

IDEX offers a unique opportunity for aspiring practitioners and young professionals to pursue a career path that positively impacts their lives and the lives of others. GMC believes it is through a pipeline of experienced, knowledgeable and innovative practitioners that socially motivated enterprises can sustain growth to better serve their clients base and create change in their local communities.
