Description

Our name says it all. Everything we do is about serving families--all kinds of families with all kinds of needs.

Families First has been delivering empowering solutions in metro Atlanta for over 120 years, providing effective relevant and reliable solutions for children, families and communities that depend on us. We assist more than 40,000 children and families each year with solutions focused in three impact areas:

Child and Youth Permanency- we provide adoption, foster care and residential group homes for children whose lives have been disrupted.

Family Sustainability and Empowerment -we work collaboratively with other organizations to provide self-sufficiency through housing and supportive services for chronically homeless families.

Healthy Families and Relationships-we offer training and affordable counseling solutions to equip parents and families with critical skills to build healthy and strong relationships.

Because families are the fabric of communities, we provides comprehensive solutions that address the root causes of the most serious, long-lasting, and urgent problems facing children and families.
