Description

The Global Fund for Children (GFC) (www.globalfundforchildren.org) seeks to advance the dignity of children and youth around the world. GFC pursues this mission by making small grants to innovative community-based organizations working with many of the world's most vulnerable young people and by harnessing the power of children's books, films, and documentary photography to promote global understanding. The Global Fund for Children UK Trust (UK Trust), based in London, is an independent charity working closely with GFC, based in Washington, DC. Since 2008, the UK Trust has raised over £1.5 million to support GFC's program activities.
