DePaul Industries' mission is to help people with disabilities to have the opportunity to work. Over our 40-year history, we have evolved from a traditional localized nonprofit into a business-focused, entrepreneurial integrated social venture.

We value our customers as well as our employees, as both are essential to our success. We know that our customers and employees depend on us to be a strong, stable, reliable organization—so we focus on driving business growth to create social good. Over 97% of our revenue is earned from our successful staffing, packaging, and security business units.
