Description

• Heights and Hills provides older adults and their caregivers with the services, support and information they need to age in place – in their own homes and neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Our mission is to promote successful aging in place.

• Founded in 1971, today we are one of the largest providers of social services for older adults in Brooklyn, serving more than 3,000 older adults and their families annually. We provide case managment for the homebound, information and support services to families caring for an aging loved one, as well as operating a robust volunteer program and a local transportation service for seniors.

• Heights and Hills serves adults in six different Brooklyn Community Districts, representing 18 different neighborhoods, including: Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, East Flatbush, Farragut, Fort Greene, Gowanus, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Red Hook, Remsen Village, Sunset Park, Windsor Terrace and Wingate. In addition we extend our caregiver services to families in Bedford Stuyvesant.
