Over the past decade, our organization has established itself as a proven poverty disruptor, helping thousands of low-income families in Boston cross the economic divide. Our approach is considered best practice, with organizations such as the World Bank and the state of California seeking to adopt our model. We have built a scalable system of transformation that starts with empathy and ends with participants being equipped to cross the Bridge to Self-Sufficiency®. Through our partnerships with 50 organizations and four states, we are poised to impact a quarter of a million lives.

As our work grew, it became clear to our Board and our team that we needed a new identity that better reflects our transformative impact, our methodical approaches, and how we always center our work around individuals and their families.

We leave behind the Crittenton Women's Union name, but not the legacy of helping women and families. The new name brings forth an expanded commitment to all of our relationships- old and new.
