Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania Advocates (PPPA) is one of 21 state public affairs offices of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. We are located in Harrisburg and serve as the public policy arm of Planned Parenthood in Pennsylvania. We work in conjunction with Planned Parenthood's five affiliates with locations throughout Pennsylvania to promote government policies that ensure equal, open and voluntary access to reproductive health care for women and their families.

We believe that everyone has the right to choose when or whether to have a child — and that every child should be wanted and loved. Planned Parenthood affiliates operate 40 health centers across Pennsylvania, providing medical services and sexuality education for nearly 130,000 women, men, and teenagers each year.
