Nominations are now being accepted for the 4thAnnual Expect Miracles Awards, sponsored by American Century Investments. Expect Miracles Foundation presents the Expect Miracles Awards on an annual basis to individuals and firms within the financial community who have demonstrated outstanding support, commitment, and dedication to the fight against cancer.
If your non-profit has a donor, volunteer, board member, or sponsor who works closely within the financial community and has done exceptional work relating to cancer, I highly encourage you to consider submitting a nomination. This is a great way to publicly recognize supporters amongst their industry peers for the commitment they have shown to your organization and the fight against cancer. The nomination deadline is February 25, 2013. Anyone can nominate a firm or individual.
Categories of recognition include:
Corporate Commitment Award: Recognizes a firm that has demonstrated a strong organizational commitment to the fight against cancer by furthering cancer awareness or contributing significant funds to a cancer related cause.
Miracle Maker Leadership Award: Recognizes an individual at an executive or board level who has demonstrated long-standing personal leadership in cancer advocacy.
Inspirational Contributor Award: Recognizes an individual whose personal efforts helped to ensure the success of a cancer-related project, event, or fundraising initiative in 2012.
