I would like to meet people who share my interests.
I am interested in charitable/philanthropic events, educational events, conferences and speaker engagements. I am also very interested in traveling.
I'm from the Philadelphia, PA area, where I'm currently based out of. I graduated with a Bachelor in Economics from Temple University a little over a year ago. I went to Temple because at the time I applied, it was rated the most diverse college in the nation, which was very important to me. I chose Economics as a major because my passion is to solve some of the world's toughest problems and I thought economics would give me good knowledge for which to do so (that may be debatable). My dream is to have a powerful position where I can make an impact, perhaps by owning a social business.
My passion has always been to help people and to contribute to society. In college I was involved in Habitat for Humanity where I helped raise money and build homes for families in need. I also worked with a poverty alleviation non-profit named LIFT, where I helped people find jobs and affordable housing. Last year I worked with the U.S. presidential campaign (yes, I was one of those people who called and showed up at your door everyday).
I enjoy reading and staying educated, spending time with family and friends, exercising, driving, music, taking pictures, volunteering and traveling to different cities and to the beach.
I'm also fascinated with the world and different cultures. I hope to some day to go- Dubai, Sub-Saharan Africa, Paris, Brazil, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Israel, and Switzerland.
Giving as much as I can to the world.
