About Sustainable Silicon Valley (SSV):
SSV is a nonprofit organization founded in 2000 that is leading Silicon Valley to a more sustainable future through collaboration with businesses, government agencies, and community organizations to identify and address the highest-priority environmental issues. We do this by creating opportunities for collaboration and innovation and building the capacity for leadership in sustainability and through pilot projects for solution implementation to achieve the vision of a sustainable region, a thriving economy, a healthy environment and socially equitable community.
Job Title: Call for Solutions Team
Type: Non-Compensated Volunteer Position
Part-time Telecommuting is OK
Hours: 10-15 hours/week, 3-6 months period
Job Description:
- to lead the outreach efforts
- work with other volunteers to help with calling and emailing to info about our competition
- be a liaison between the marketing lead and the team
- update Google documents and other information needed to reach out effectively
- gather updates from each team member to report results and efforts
