Israel Teaching Fellows is an exciting program designed for outstanding college graduates from English-speaking countries, who will take an active part in closing the achievement gap in Israel's education system through volunteering as English teachers' aides in schools in Israel. If you are interested in working to ensure that Israeli youth have the educational opportunities they so deserve, we are the program for you!
The program includes the challenge of teaching English as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Education, while undertaking an additional community project for the benefit of the local community. Some of the activities as well as service projects will be done together with a parallel group of Israelis in order to maximize your Israel experience and exposure to Israel. You will live and work for 10-months in Rehovot, Israel (12 miles south of Tel Aviv), one of the central hubs of scientific and academic research in Israel.

Compensation Details:
Fellows receive health insurance, accommodations in furnished apartments, a monthly stipend of 1,300 NIS, and a flight reimbursement of up to 5,000 NIS.
