Summer Solution 2013

Nepali is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. There are numbers of Himalayas above 8000 meter height. As a hilly land structure Nepal has numbers of rivers that comes from the Himalayan glaciers. Furthermore there are many high hill and beautiful valleys. Culturally this country is well renowned in richness of cultural and social aspects. During Lichchabi and Malla Era numbers of temples, castles and building was set up. It is difficult to presume who could not be attracted from these Nepali treasurers.

HFH Nepal offers a complete experience of Nepal at a time through joining its Summer Solution program. This program is ideal for specially students, responsible travelers and holiday makers. This program helps you not only to experience Nepal closely whereas you will be helping a deprived community and third world people by doing volunteering. Currently we offer two weeks and three weeks programs.

Activities (for two weeks Program)

• Day1- Pick up from airport transfer to the hostel, project description and other relevant issues tall
• Day-2- Communicative Nepali language course for two hours, Monkey Temple, Durbars quare, Pasupati Nath and Badudha Nath sightseeing.
• Day-3- Move to Agroforestery Project site Kaule, ice break with staff members then start to work building kitchen garden other related work like building fence, making goat pen etc. After finishing daily work free time to explore beautiful location around.
• Day 4- Break fast then start to work for similar work as day 3, after finishing work farmers visit
• Day 5- Work at agriculture farm return to Kathmandu.
• Day 6-move to Trisuli River for Rafting the arrive in Chitwan
• Day 7- Elephant ridding, jungle safari, jungle walk , Tharu cultural dance, elephant breading center visit,
• Day 8 - Move to Pokhara, small tour around Pokhara
• Day 9- Work at orphanage home for four hours a day
• Day 10- Same schedule as day 9
• Day 11- Same schedule as day 9
• Day 12- Move to Monastery Lamjung and work
• Day 13- Work at the monastery teaching children and playing with them short hike to Puma Village
• Day 14- Move to back to Kathmandu then go to Patan Durbar square,
