- Design the syllabi to be followed
- Instructs trainees in art and craft as per the syllabi designed - Demonstrates method and procedure to trainees - Encourage trainees to unlock their creativity while expressing their thoughts, feelings, and opinions
at the same time. - Spot and cultivate talent and helps all trainees to discover their creativity. - Observes and evaluates trainees' work to determine their pr ogress or to make suggestions for
improvement.
- Procure materials to be used during training.
- Liaise with local artisans
- Ensure safe custody of all materials used during the training.
