Employer Desk Volunteer
Description:
The Employer Desk Volunteer is the face of El Sol and often one of the first people a new employer meets. It is very important that employers are welcomed warmly and feel comfortable. The Employer Desk Volunteer takes down all job information and gives it to the labor desk.
Shifts:
Monday—Saturday
Early bird shift: 6am—8am
Morning shift: 8am—10am
Final shift: 10am—noon
Sunday
Early bird shift: 7am—9am
Morning shift: 9am—noon
Duties:
- Greet everyone who walks in to El Sol
- Enter employers into InfoDesk
- Give job information to Labor Desk
- Final shift: Complete Volunteer Daily Log and count lunch money collection; give both to Labor Coordinator
