Volunteer Teachers Urgently Needed in Nablus, Palestine
Teach For Palestine still has two places open for volunteer English teachers to teach in its Spring program beginning in February 2013. TFP works with some of the most at-risk youth in the West Bank, offering them an opportunity to improve their life chances through education. As well as teaching English we instruct our students in critical thinking, sports and other educational projects. Teaching experience is preferable but not necessary. All teachers go through a training program and receive ongoing development workshops throughout the semester. Each teacher is provided with shared accommodation and a small monthly stipend.
