We are looking for a new intern at BirthWorks HQ.
At BirthWorks we run on a very efficient small staff even though we have hundreds of students, volunteers, ambassadors and teachers around the world. It would not be possible if it wasn't for the students and interns who periodically volunteer their time in our office.
We are looking for someone to volunteer approximately 8-16 hours a week (flexible) in our small office. You should have some interest in natural birth work and a desire to learn about non-profit work. We need someone who offer general clerical work (processing book orders, answer the phone, help with enrollment of new students, mail, basic marketing etc. The parameters of the position can be flexible if you are interested in using this for academic credit we can gear your work more towards marketing, fundraising, event planning, graphic design or whatever the case may be. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a non-profit and get involved with the local community.
