Duties:
1.Volunteers for Art tutoring need to teach Drawing and handcrafts to orphan girls which will lead them for a self supported esteemed life in future.
2.Volunteers for Nursing is for females only. It needs to take care of the Orphan girls' health time to time and to teach them the basic hygiene to maintain when living in a community and to help the medic in the weekly clinic.
Volunteers have to pay regular visits to the beneficiaries either in their family or community to interact and to share the love of LORD Christ, to ensure that they are not outskirts, rather more precious because of their innocence and talents.
Qualities needed for volunteering:
1. English Language is must.
2. Spiritually motivated to serve among the poorest in adverse climatic conditions.
3. Attitude of oneness with others.
4. Some experience in the relevant fields but freshers are also equally welcomed.
5. Must be competent to bear his or her individual traveling and living expenses.
If required there will be a training, interaction and cross cultural feedback session for the volunteers before the porgram starts.
Duration: starting from 1 month to as long as it is convinient to him or her.
Costs: A person flying from London to Calcutta and back by British Airways included tax costs about $1500 ( Approximately) please take the current information from the travel agents.
$10 (Approximately) for daily food.
$100 per month (Approximately) for house rent.
Personal expenses includes, telephone charges, personal traveling, emergency medicines etc.

Program location is in the south western outskirts of Calcutta, called Thakurpukur, which is about 1 and half hour distant from the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International and Domestic airport Dumdum, Calcutta and about 1 hour distant from the Howrah and Sialdah Railway Stations by car. which costs between $6 to $9 maximum
