Your Responsibilities:
Update and revise Policies and Procedures handbook for employees
Improve compensation review tools to refine wage scale and improve transparency with staff
Define recruitment and retention strategies; develop recruiting materials
Assist with implementation of new HR software program
Review and fine tune the annual evaluation process to increase employee job satisfaction and performance
