Roles: Urgently need at least three new volunteer executive board members consisting of a Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer to help direct the JasMics Foundation, Inc nonprofit organization startup business operations. Also, need other members in our advisory board. Further, to enable and run the operations we need volunteers to assume various administrative staff capacities that may lead to full compensation roles in fundraising, technology, special projects, etc as the future opportunity arises consistent with business operations viability subject to executive board determination.
Prefer volunteers local to Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, FL vicinities for direct in person participation in our board strategic planning delibrations and staff tactical operations. However, any external volunteer can participate remotely too as we strive to control costs meet our mission objectives. It's flexible and we will work with your schedule. Valuable expertise include healthcare, childcare, counseling, legal, finance, marketing, planning, management, administration, technology, multilingual, etc. Since our mission involves minors excellent judgement and civility are virtues consistent with applicable laws and morality.
