TLC's mission is to create and support an inviting, safe, and engaging learning environment. We provide opportunities for growth, educational and vocational advancement, in order to move our students closer to sustainable employment and self-sufficiency.
We are looking for educational tutors in the following areas,including, but not limited to:
Literacy
English
Math
GED Preparation
Computer Instruction
Special Education
Life Skill Development
Skills Necessary: Interest in working with homeless and formerly homeless adults. Punctual & responsible. Good communication skills, patient, and sensitive to issues that affect our clients (disabilities, socio-economic, substance abuse, etc).
Shifts: Monday through Saturday from 8:00-11:00 or 12:30-4:00. You must be able to commit to at least one shift per week.
