Do you want to prevent a child from struggling in school? In just 1 hour/week you can help an under-served child to master skills that are associated with academic achievement and high school graduation.
Role Models prepare children for kindergarten by providing them with a 40 minute, one-on-one lesson every week.
Role Models are trained in how to help children master learning goals such as: how to count to ten, how to sing the ABCs, how to write their name, etc. Training also covers the importance of relationships, enthusiasm, and encouragement. Children look up to role models as teachers and friends.
