Volunteer Data Entry
St. Vincent de Paul Head Start
Head Start is a comprehensive pre-school education program designed to prepare low-income, children for academic success, and promote age-appropriate social skills. The program works in partnership with parents, extended family, and members of the community to offer developmentally appropriate education, health, case management and family support services to children and their families.
Hours: 4-10 hours a week.
Site hours: 8:30am-3:00pm Monday through Friday
Position open Jauary 7th - May 21st, 2013. Flexibility in scheduling.
Hours to be completed between the 23rd-31st of each month
Responsibilities:
Assist in the entering and processing of Volunteer data for seven Head Start sites. Enter accurate data, run monthly reports and help the program meet its grant match!
Objective:
To accurately report combined monthly volunteer hours representing all seven St. Vincent de Paul Head Start sites using the Volgistics web-based data entry program.
Requirements:
Minimum of 18 years old
Experience with data entry
Confidence in computer skills
Maintains confidentiality at all times
Is organized
Able to take instruction
Positive attitude
Self-motivated
Completes tasks on time
Minimal use of personal cellular devices during work hours
